Terms and Conditions of Enrollment
Operated by Red Tiger Martial Arts 
1. Agreement to Terms
By enrolling your child in Sarasota Best Summer Camp, operated by Red Tiger Martial Arts ("the Camp"), located at 4581 Ashton Road, Sarasota, FL 34233, you ("Parent" or "Guardian") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing registration.
2. Enrollment and Registration
Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of a completed registration form and applicable payment. Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Red Tiger Martial Arts reserves the right to decline or cancel enrollment at its sole discretion.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. The following policy applies to all cancellation requests:

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the start of a session are eligible for a full refund of tuition paid.

• Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the session start date are non-refundable.

• No refunds will be issued for missed days, late arrivals, or early departures during an active session.

• In the event that the Camp must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, facility issues), a full refund or session credit will be provided at the parent's discretion.

4. Medical Consent and Health Requirements
By enrolling your child, you represent and warrant that:

• Your child is in good physical health and able to participate in physical activities, including martial arts and movement-based programs.

• You have disclosed any known medical conditions, allergies, physical limitations, or special needs on the registration form.

• You consent to camp staff administering basic first aid and, in the event of a medical emergency, authorize emergency medical treatment if you cannot be reached.

• Children who are ill (fever, vomiting, or contagious conditions) must not attend camp. Children displaying symptoms upon arrival may be sent home.

5. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
Participation in physical activities, including martial arts, sports, and outdoor activities, carries an inherent risk of injury. By enrolling your child, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Red Tiger Martial Arts, its owners, staff, instructors, and volunteers shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your child's participation in camp activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Red Tiger Martial Arts from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your child's enrollment or participation.
6. Photo and Video Release
Red Tiger Martial Arts may photograph or record video of camp participants for use in marketing materials, social media, the camp website (sarasotabestsummercamp.com), and other promotional purposes. No child will be identified by full name in any public-facing content without separate written consent.
If you do NOT wish your child to be photographed or recorded, you must notify us in writing at the time of enrollment. Opt-out requests will be honored to the best of our ability.
7. Code of Conduct
We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all campers and staff. All participants are expected to:

• Treat fellow campers, instructors, and staff with kindness and respect.

• Follow all safety rules and instructor directions at all times.

• Refrain from bullying, harassment, or any form of physical or verbal aggression.

• Respect camp property and the belongings of others.

• Arrive on time and be picked up promptly at the end of the camp day.

Red Tiger Martial Arts reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose behavior poses a risk to themselves or others, or who repeatedly violates the code of conduct. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
8. Drop-off, Pick-up, and Supervision
Children must be signed in and out by an authorized adult listed on the registration form. Photo ID may be required. Red Tiger Martial Arts is not responsible for children before official camp start times or after pick-up times. Late pick-up fees may apply.
9. Changes to These Terms
Red Tiger Martial Arts reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided via email or posted on our website. Continued enrollment after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
